Six steps from enquiry to delivery
Every stage has a named owner on our side, so you always know who to ask and where your order stands.
1. Enquiry & Consultation
Tell us your product, fill weight, target shelf life, filling method and quantity. We recommend a bag format and a laminate structure that meets the requirement at the right cost.
2. Artwork & Design
Send print-ready files or a concept. Our pre-press team supplies the dieline, checks colours, traps and bleeds, and returns a digital proof for your written approval.
3. Sampling
We produce plate proofs or physical samples so you can test them on your filling line before committing to a full run.
4. Mass Production
Rotogravure printing, lamination, controlled curing, slitting and bag making run to a scheduled sequence with in-process checks at every station.
5. Quality Inspection
Laboratory testing of bond strength, seal strength and barrier, plus visual inspection and counting, before cartons are sealed and labelled.
6. Delivery & Support
Export packing, documentation and shipment from Shekou or Nansha Port on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with after-sales support once your line is running.

Size & shape
Any width, height and gusset within our machine range, plus contour die-cutting.
Structure
PET, NY, AL, VMPET, PE, CPP, kraft paper and mono-material recyclable options.
Printing
Rotogravure up to 9 colours, Pantone matching, gradients and fine text.
Finish
High gloss, matte, soft-touch, spot varnish, cold foil and metallic effects.
Features
Zippers, spouts, valves, tear notches, laser scoring, hang holes, windows.
Packing
Custom counts per carton, inner poly bags, labels and barcodes for your warehouse.

Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per SKU for most bag formats, and 20,000 pieces for shaped or contour-cut bags. Roll film is quoted by weight. We are happy to discuss trial quantities for new brands.
