Flexible packaging for food demands a production environment that behaves more like a clean room than a traditional print shop. Our workshops use sealed panel walls, epoxy resin flooring, high rapid-roll doors and controlled personnel entries.

Materials and staff enter through separate routes. Rapid roll doors reduce the time an opening stays exposed, which keeps dust and insects out and helps hold temperature and humidity steady across the hall.

Stable conditions are not only a hygiene matter — printing registration, lamination bond and film dimensional stability all improve when the environment stops moving.
