From custom artwork to first delivery in under three weeks

A new customised order at Homaple follows a fixed path: enquiry and structure recommendation, quotation, artwork and dieline preparation, digital proof approval, cylinder engraving, printing, lamination, curing, slitting, bag making, inspection, packing and despatch.

For most standard bag formats the cycle from approved artwork to finished goods runs 12 to 20 days, depending on format complexity, barrier structure and whether new tooling is required.

We prepare and check the dieline before engraving so that shaped bags, windows, zippers and spouts all land where the design intends — corrections at proof stage cost hours, corrections after engraving cost days.
